Private lessons allow the teacher to create a program that is especially designed for you.
They are perfect if you are new to yoga and want an introduction to the practice, to all yogis that have practiced for a while and wish to dig deeper into one aspect, and to those that want to try out new tools for better sleep, pain management, joint mobility, strength and symmetry, thought patterns, or focus.
